Account Based Marketer

  1. What do we want you to do:

    We are looking for a talented and strategic ABM Expert to lead our Account-Based
    Marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive targeted engagement and revenue
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies in line with company objectives and customer retention for key accounts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the target accounts and verticals, their industry trends, pain points, customer personas and
    competitive landscape.
  • ABM at DataNimbus is heavily focused on growing existing accounts and hence
    there is a need to manage the entire lifecycle of ABM campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with sales goals and maximizing ROI and product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and account managers to synchronize ABM
    efforts with their strategies, fostering seamless coordination and mutual support in
    account targeting and engagement.
  • Create personalized, impactful content and messaging tailored to the specific needs
    of targeted accounts.
  • Create collateral tailored to the needs and preferences of target accounts, including
    case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live customer and prospects events, podcasts, merchandise procurement, etc.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and
    conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the
    sales funnel.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of account-based marketing
    campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by engaging with various teams, including lead
    gen, sales, product, and customer success, to ensure a unified ABM approach across
    the organization.

What would help make your case:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Account-Based Marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data
    to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different target audiences.
  • Experience leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email
    marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • You are proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
  • Banking, Finance, or Software background is preferred
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A desire to be curious, collaborative, and humble
  • People skills to have –
