What do we want you to do:
We are seeking an experienced QA Manager for datanimbus.io to lead and evolve our quality assurance strategy within a dynamic iPaaS environment. You will champion product excellence by crafting and implementing robust testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality standards. Your exceptional experience and leadership will guide a team of talented QA professionals to ensure our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
● Strategic Leadership: Design, deploy, and continuously improve a comprehensive
quality assurance strategy aligned with our product roadmap and business goals.
● Testing Framework Development: Build and maintain end-to-end test plans
covering functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
● Team Management: Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing team of QA
engineers and testers. Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing, and
improvement-driven culture within the team.
● Process Optimization: Identify and implement cutting-edge testing methodologies
(Agile, CI/CD) and tools to drive efficiency and increase test coverage.
● Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key quality metrics, providing actionable
insights to development teams, product owners, and leadership for data-driven
decision-making.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with developers, product
managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the
software development lifecycle.
● Defect Prevention: Proactively identify and resolve potential quality issues,
employing root cause analysis and advocating for solutions to minimize recurrence.

What would help make your case:
● Education – B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree
● Experience: 9+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with a
minimum of 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
● Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various testing methodologies (manual,
automated, exploratory), test scripting, and relevant tools like Selenium, JUnit,
TestNG, etc.
● Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development principles,
SDLC, and experience in API testing is highly valued.
● Automation Champion: Demonstrated experience establishing and scaling test
automation frameworks.
● Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members, fostering
a culture of quality ownership.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective
collaboration and reporting.
● Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex issues and
formulate data-driven solutions.
● Desired Skills
1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
2. Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
3. Knowledge of accessibility testing standards (e.g., WCAG).
4. ISTQB or other related quality certifications.
