About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Python Developer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our Data+AI team. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable.
Data+AI applications, contributing to both backend logic using PySpark and in Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
● Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code.
● Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
● Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality.
● Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
● Integrate third-party APIs and services.
● Contribute to technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
● Strong understanding of core Python concepts (OOP, data structures, exception handling).
● Experience with at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
● Experience with at least one relational database (MySQL, MSSQL or PostgreSQL).
● Familiarity with SQL and database design.
● Understanding of REST API design and integration.
● Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
● Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
Good to Have (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
● Experience with PySpark.
● Exposure to building Dashboards, Knowledge on Measures and KPIs.
● Exposure to using Claude or CoPilot, AI ML (RAG, AgenticAI).
● Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, unittest).

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
