We are looking for a Product Manager who understands the complexity of payment ecosystems and can translate that understanding into products that solve real problems and create measurable value.

About the Role

This is a role for someone who has lived in the world of money movement and wants to shape the products that define it. You will own the product roadmap for our Payments business unit, working at the intersection of client needs, market dynamics, and business development. You will set the strategy, drive execution, and ensure that what we build delivers outcomes our clients can measure.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the money movement and management suite of solution, aligned to company growth objectives and client outcomes
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on market demand, client feedback, revenue impact, and technical feasibility
  • Translate complex payment workflows including money movement, settlement, reconciliation, and fund management into clear product requirements
  • Identify gaps in the current product offering and build the case for new capabilities

Money Movement and Management

  • Bring deep understanding of how money moves across payment rails, including Virtual Card, ACH, wire, real-time payment
  • Experience with cross border transactions is a plus
  • Define product solutions around fund management, liquidity, account structures, and transaction lifecycle
  • Ensure the product meets the accuracy, speed, and compliance requirements that financial clients demand
  • Work with product development and operations to design flows that are both client- friendly and operationally sound

Client and Market Engagement

  • Engage directly with clients to understand pain points, validate assumptions, and pressure-test product decisions
  • Conduct ongoing market research to track trends, competitive movement, and emerging expectations in the payments space
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring that product decisions are grounded in real-world use cases

Cross-functional Execution

  • Partner with Product development, design, compliance, and operations to move features from concept to delivery
  • Provide clear road map and prioritize the needs based on customer inputs and monetization
  • Define and track success metrics for each product initiative, and use data to drive iteration

FinHub Platform

  • Leverage understanding of the FinHub platform to accelerate product design, reduce integration complexity, and unlock capabilities for clients
  • Work with the FinHub team to identify platform enhancements that support Payments product goals
  • Act as an internal resource for FinHub-related product questions across business and engineering teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 8 plus years of product management experience, with a strong focus on payments, fintech, or financial services
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from premium institution preferred
  • Hands-on experience with money movement products including ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, or cross-border remittance in the acquiring or receivables world
  • Understanding of fund management concepts including account structures, reconciliation, float, and settlement
  • Experience working with or on the FinHub platform is a significant advantage
  • Ability to translate technical and regulatory complexity into products that are simple and reliable for end users
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you can align engineers, clients, and executives around a shared direction
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using metrics to guide product decisions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and clarity must be created, not waited for

Nice to Have

  • Experience with payment compliance frameworks including AML, KYC, or PCI-DSS
  • Exposure to API-based payment platforms and developer-facing product design
  • Background in working with enterprise clients in banking, lending, or treasury management
