About the Role
Drive delivery across client engagements spanning technical implementation, integration, and platform workstreams. Own program-level planning, coordinate cross-functional teams of
consultants and engineers, and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
What You’ll Do
● Own end-to-end delivery of one or more client engagements, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
● Manage program timelines, resourcing, risk registers, and RAID logs across multiple concurrent workstreams.
● Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, coordinating resolution across technical and client-facing teams.
● Lead client-facing communications: status reporting, steering committee updates, QBRs, and stakeholder management.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, and architects, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
● Translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans, milestones, and success criteria.
● Identify and mitigate risks/dependencies proactively; drive resolution of blockers across teams.
● Manage scope, change requests, and commercial/contractual considerations in coordination with account leadership.
● Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, templates, and reporting standards.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
● 8–12 years of experience in project/program management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical engagements.
● Experience managing client-facing delivery in a consulting, systems integration, or technology services environment.
● Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and associated tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent).
● Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, QA) without direct authority.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior client and internal leadership.
● Experience with risk/issue management, resource planning, and budget/commercial tracking.
● Familiarity with software delivery lifecycles, integration projects, or platform implementations (fintech/banking domain experience a plus).
Nice to Have
● Experience in payments, banking, or financial services domain engagements.
● Exposure to platform/product implementation projects (e.g., onboarding, integration, or core banking-adjacent systems).
● Experience managing distributed/remote teams across time zones.

● Strong client satisfaction and trust, reflected in renewed/expanded engagements.
● Clear, proactive escalation and risk communication; issues surfaced early, not discovered late.
