Account Manager

What do we want you to do:

  • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified
    key accounts.
  • Proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing
    and new relationships.
  • Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape DataNimbus’s
    solutions to meet customer needs
  • Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders, including the support team,
    customers, and other teams that are involved in operations.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Solicits and maintains a network of prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and stickiness of your customers
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions
  • Work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and
    resolve potential issues and defects
  • Identifying gaps in the sales process and amending it accordingly
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Mining existing relationships
  • Draft, structure and negotiate/back-channel SoWs
  • Working with US teams

 

What would help make your case:

  • Education – B.Tech/BSc or MBA in Marketing/Finance
  • Proven 2+ years work experience as a Sales account executive
  • Banking, Finance, or Software background is preferred
  • Ability to take ownership of all the feature/module, its related activities and build a
    process around it with minimal hand holding
  • An ability to market and promote the support services and to advocate for
    necessary resources, support, and appreciation for the support team.
  • Good understanding of DataNimbus products and services

  • Ability to build relationships with strategic client and industry thought leaders
