What do we want you to do:

1. Financial Product CX Strategy:
● Develop and execute a customer experience strategy tailored for financial products.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product features and
customer expectations in the financial services sector.

2. Product Ownership:
● Own and enhance customer-facing collaterals related to financial products,
ensuring clarity and transparency.
● Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer
feedback, and industry trends.
● Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the user interface and overall experience
of financial products.

● Continuously refine and optimize financial product features based on customer
feedback.

3. Customer Insights and Analysis:
● Conduct market analysis specific to the financial services industry to understand
customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
● Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive enhancements in financial
product offerings.

4. Workshops and Collaboration:
● Conduct workshops with customer-facing teams to gather insights and incorporate
feedback into the development of financial products.
● Collaborate with customer support, sales, and marketing teams to align financial
product development with customer expectations.

5. Roadmap Ownership:
● Define long-term strategic goals for the product in collaboration with stakeholders.
● Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user value.
● Develop a visual roadmap to communicate plans and align cross-functional teams.

6. Competitive Analysis: Conducting comprehensive assessments of market
competitors, their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to inform strategic
decision-making.

7. Messaging: Developing and refining our brand messaging strategies to effectively
communicate our value proposition to target audiences and differentiate ourselves in
the market.

8. Pricing: Analyzing pricing structures and market trends to optimize pricing
strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

9. Revenue and Bookings: Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and
optimizing our booking processes to streamline operations and enhance financial
performance.

10.Travel – One of the critical path to being successful in this role is to meet
customers/ prospects frequently.

11. Business Requirements Documents (BRDs):
● Write comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to guide
development teams.
● Clearly articulate business objectives, functional specifications, and detailed project
requirements.

What would help make your case:
● Education – B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree
● Extensive product management experience – 3-5 Years of Experience seeing
products through their full life cycle from ideation to launch, for fintech products.
● Excellent analytical skills – ask the right questions to determine the progress of any
project
● Composure in front of all levels of technical and business audiences
● Ability to lead product discussions
● A passion for technology and technology trends
● Self-starter attitude and comfortable with reaching out across levels, functions

People skills to have –
