Solution Consultant

What do we want you to do:

  • Enjoy the challenge of understanding key customer requirements and articulating
    the correct solution to our Partners and Customers
  • Become an expert in the DataNimbus product suite
  • Design and develop custom modules during demos to prospect
  • Craft and deliver dynamic product demonstrations using available collaterals
  • Execute the delivery of POCs for customers that have more complex use cases,
    collaborating with teams as needed
  • Build sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educate customers on the
    nuances of product technologies
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve collateral based on customer’s
    feedback
  • Communicate customer requirements back to Product, influencing the product
    roadmap

What would help make your case:

  • Education – B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree in computer science or extensive
    customer success/Pre-Sales experience
  • Proficient with any one of the programming languages like Node.js, GoLang, Python
  • Knowledge in API design and development
  • Knowledge of MongoDB, Containers, Microservices Architecture
  • A demonstrated knack for learning new technologies and adapting to changing
    requirements
  • A passion for technology and technology trends
  • Self-starter attitude and comfortable with reaching out across levels, functions
  • Experience in system design with some proven examples
  • A desire to be curious, collaborative, and humble
  • People skills to have –
    • You have to put people, their real needs and experiences first.
    • You must listen first and then act. Patience is a key virtue for this role.
    • You must communicate clearly and effectively – both in verbal and written.
  • You must be able to think on your feet and rapidly learn new technologies and skills.
  • You must be disciplined and have a commitment towards set timelines
